NUYU Clinic cancellation policy

At Nuyu Clinic we aim to be a flexible and are committed to helping as many as women as possible. We are small business and to operate we hope you understand we must have a cancellation policy.

There are significant costs associated with patients cancelling last minute and it also means we are unable to re-use the time to support other women.

We appreciate your time is valuable and we do understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but please give us as much notice as possible if you wish to rearrange an appointment.

Should you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide us with 48 hours business hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment with less than 48 business hours’ notice, there is a charge of 50% of the appointment fee to cover clinic costs.

If you think you are unable to attend a face-to-face appointment, we can switch to an online appointment at no extra charge.

If you have a scheduled video or telephone consultation, we will attempt to contact you 3 times so please have your video and telephone devices to hand until you have your consultation. If there is still no response after the above attempts to contact, you this will be considered a missed appointment and 50% of the consultation fee is still payable.
